I haven’t posted in a while as I took some time off from this blog to play catch up with life and other projects that are on my plate. So I want to take a moment to talk about the things we all could de to appreciate the journey we all are on for inspiration and improving our lives.
When you decide you want to pursue a big dream, you get excited and are ready to take on that goal, you’re focused in the mission to accomplish it and then all of a sudden you’re burned out and have lost your gusto. Well that was me this past week or two since I last blogged.
I realized I needed to take time for my self and go after my small dreams. These dreams consist of easy and obtainable goals. One of my dreams was to go on a shopping trip for a new wallet after work, and just be with myself.
My next dream was to take my son on a early birthday trip to an amusement park and the beach. Mission accomplished, we had a blast!
My little dream this week is to try something new! Just as simple as that.
I call them little dreams because we all think about something we want to do and accomplish. What makes life more fun is to give yourself a to do list of your little dreams and accomplish them as much as possible. Once you practice this, you’ll be surprised of how motivated you will get to continue on your BIG dream. Your mind will be clearer because you’ve raised your energy level to match the energy you need to fulfill your big goal. If for some reason you fall out of love with your big goal, don’t worry just enjoy the journey overall and continue to make little dreams and new big dreams will come true.
Hey everyone, this weekend is going to be really busy for me as I’m going through some family restructuring phases and planning ahead for blogging so I can keep providing everyone with valuable content. Some days I will not be posting but when I do I want to make sure what I share is worth reading. Also working on other side projects that will allow me to be more creative. So I just want to say thank you for tuning into my blog I really, appreciate you all!
So starting this weekend I’m going to experiment as much as I can with doing good deeds. For me the challenge will be to do them hopefully without the recipient knowing it was me.
I’ll be doing a followup post to let you know what I experienced and felt as I am working on shifting the way I perceive the world by giving to others.
Hope you join me this weekend and do a Good Dead mission, and if you do let me know how it went, I would love to hear your story!
We all have those moments where we throw our hands up and we toss the towel right into the dirty towel bucket. There are occasions where you should quit something, when there’s abuse, harm, or something that causes pain. Quit those things immediately!
But the “Don’t quit” I’m referring to, are things we want to achieve. That’s our desires, our goals, and our interests in things that we want to make our lives better and the lives of others as well. Do what makes your heart sing, don’t quit on something you know you can achieve. Take more risks, you have to in order to progress!
I hope you all go for it, as I was given some nice advice today from: DM Pointless Overthinking Please check out this blog when you have time, the author is very encouraging and engaging with the readers.
A couple of months after I grabbed a copy of our local magazine called: Las Vegas Woman Magazine, I came across an article about a woman who talked about her story of being adventurous and excited for life only to discover her life became routine and dull to the point that one day she didn’t recognize her self in the mirror and the woman she had become. Life happened and then routine took over which put out the fire her soul
I recommend her story to anyone who has ever felt this way at one point in their life or is currently suffering from lost self and boredom. Find out how she is taking back her life and what she is doing now. You can find her stories here:
