Another week has begun as we are heading into it with our routines and obligations, remember to do the best you can, think positive and breathe!

You got this. Have a beautiful week!

Q: What is one small goal that you would like to accomplish this week? How do you plan to achieve it? Leave your responses in the comments.

My goal this week is to create a design of something every day. I plan to achieve it by taking an extra half hour everyday to make room to create.

    1. This reminds me of that saying “God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.” One of the toughest things we all deal with on a constant basis is letting go. I have a hard time with this myself and I think I had built up anxiety over certain circumstances and situations that happened over the years. The only time we feel at peace is when we do let go, and sometimes it’s when you want to take control of something is when the situation becomes painful or hurtful. Take things one day at a time, and make small easy goals for each day. Try to focus on the things you are grateful for and not so much on the things that are out of your control. But if you do get back into the old mindset, just do your best to keep your beautiful personality focused on all the great things you can do and then you’ll feel more empowered to let go of obstacles that don’t serve you. I try to do this as much as possible, I suffer less from anxiety now because it’s hard to be in constant pressure and worry. I hope that helps you a little bit. I really hope you have a wonderful day today. I admire your strength, you deal with allot in your life but still are able to brighten everyone’s day with your posts. Thank you for leaving a comment. Please let me know how you are doing.

      1. You are more than welcome! I absolutely love that “God grant me the serenity” because my goodness I lean on that a lot! I am trying to let go of ALL the things I have no control over because I think it will be a much easier life once I can really do that! I hope the rest of your week goes well!!

      2. It’s definitely a challenge to let go of things, I find myself on autopilot and then old thoughts reappear and then I revert back to the same thinking. But we just have to keep moving forward and do the best we can 🙂

      3. I agree with you, letting go is challenging! I am on autopilot most of the day, but when one simple thing happens the autopilot ends abruptly! Yes, all we can do is continue pushing forward and just hang on!!

  1. One goal that I am so willing to achieve this week is complete my blog post, that has been pending since two weeks… it gets so tough to take out time for blog and personal work when you’ve a super active toddler… I will be taking out time off my sleep routine at night and complete my post so that I can publish it by the end is this weekend 😊

    1. I totally resonate with you on this, because I have a very similar situation, working full time and have the rest of the evening with my almost 3 year old!
Great idea, you got this! A little bit of sleep sacrifice will go a long way to finish your post. It is a huge challenge to create balance in our lives when we are super busy with work and family. But keep strong and I’ll be up late as well working on my next posts cheering on all of us night owls! Thanks for leaving a comment.

  2. The one goal I wanted to complete this week is to write my guest post and share it with the blogger. Luckily, I have sent my draft by Monday itself 🙂
